At Shoes Galaxy, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


📦 Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must have all original tags and packaging intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return request

⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


🔁 How to Request a Return

💸 Return Shipping Charges

  • A fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged

  • This amount will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Returns requested after 7 days

  • Products without unboxing video proof


🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product, or

  • The product is damaged/defective

Conditions:

  • A valid unboxing video is compulsory

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 8–15 business days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded to your bank account


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item, or

  • A wrong product

Contact us immediately with an unboxing video so we can resolve the issue quickly.
