  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.
  • For orders below ₹500, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders.
  • No extra charges for COD.
  • All COD orders require verification via phone call.
  • Orders will be shipped only after successful verification.

Delays and Issues

Shoes Galaxy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

If a delivery fails due to:

The order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
